Our Story
In January of this year, Courtney & Taylor, the owners, made the decision to become an integral part of the community. They were captivated by the bookstore and became regulars at the cafe. When the opportunity arose, they knew they had to seize it and purchase the cafe.
After thoughtful consideration and engaging with locals, they embarked on a transformative journey and completely renovated the space. They also introduced award winning coffee from Brio Coffeeworks in Burlington, VT, ensuring an exceptional coffee experience. Furthermore, they also revamped the breakfast and lunch menu, and added a variety of baked goods. All these changes were made to create cozy and vintage atmosphere, paying homage to the rich history of Manchester, Vermont.
Our History
In order to pay tribute to the rich history of Manchester and the exquisite building that our cafe occupies, we made the heartfelt decision to delve into its roots. As a result, we revived the beloved Colburn name and restored the vintage ambiance that once graced this remarkable space.
